White Lawns Matter

This morning I watched the neighbor, the one with the Black Lives Matter sign in his front yard. You can get them online for $27. It's the "We believe..." sign. "We believe Black Lives Matter. Women's rights is human rights. Love is Love. Science is real. Water is life." I wish I could place a heart emoji on it and call it done.

I watched this man walk all of his principles along with his dog across the street onto his neighbor's lawn, where he let his dog pee all over it. Clearly neighbors don't matter - and neither do their lawns. The dog and his owner saw me watching and started talking to me about the weather...cuz that matters.

I guess they're trying. You can be a vegetarian and wear a leather belt and still be a good person, right? As long as you don't slaughter the cow?
